4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Shipping Coverage

We ship across India. Orders to remote or restricted areas may be subject to additional delivery time. We reserve the right to decline orders to locations where delivery is not feasible.

4.2 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Order processing may be delayed during high-volume periods such as sales or festive seasons.

4.3 Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. This is an estimate only and not a guarantee. Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Location and accessibility of the delivery address

  • Public holidays or festive seasons

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or other force majeure events

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics partners

Grabazab is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our direct control.

4.4 Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. We reserve the right to revise shipping charges at any time.

4.5 Order Tracking

A tracking number will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched. You can use this to track your order through the logistics partner's website. Grabazab is not responsible for tracking information delays.

4.6 Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply and must be borne by the customer. Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries due to customer error.

4.7 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence and an unboxing video to namaste@grabazab.com. Claims raised after 5 days will not be entertained. We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery.

4.8 Address Accuracy

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. Grabazab is not liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
